    Colorado Day of Service.
    We have two volunteer projects to assist flood-affected communities in the Estes Valley for the Colorado United: Colorado Day of Service on September 13, 2014.  

    1) GLEN HAVEN - Flood debris clean-up 15-50 volunteers are needed to help cleanup 600 feet of riverfront on a private property in Glen Haven.  Large trees and rocks will need to be cut and moved.  Experienced sawyers and bobcat operators are especially needed.

    Volunteers should wear muck boots or shoes that can get wet and dirty.  Safety gloves and glasses are also recommended.  Bottled water and other necessary tools will be provided.

    2) ESTES PARK / FISH CREEK: 15-25 volunteers are needed to help home owners plants trees in the yard and around embankment to restore stability and vegetation.

    Volunteers should wear muck boots or shoes that can get wet and dirty.  Safety gloves and glasses are also recommended.  Bottled water and other necessary tools will be provided.
